Dune carved chair
The special form of the Dune Chair was inspired by the scenery of the desert. My aim was to replicate the slow, continual shifting of sand, represented by the hourglass shape of the design. The Dune Chair therefore transcends the boundary between a piece of sculpture and a piece of furniture, by combining an excellent level of craftsmanship with creative freedom.
